On September 4, 2006, Irwin was fatally pierced in the chest by a stingray spine while snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, at Batt Reef, which is located off the coast of Port Douglas in Queensland.

I was so sorry to hear that Steve died. I thought he was brave because he
Played whit crocodile and he was almost anywhere afraid for. And I'm very sorry for you and your two children, I hope that everything comes good. His program was very nice to look at as well. I liked his program very well. He was so brave! And I think that that’s why he people likes him. And everybody will likes you and you family like the people likes husband Steve.
